Shark Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services, including but not limited to:
- Platform bugs or system downtime
- Data inaccuracies or errors
- Loss of profits, revenue, or client data
- Third-party failures, such as liquidity providers or data feeds
In any event, our total liability will be limited to the fees paid by the client in the last 90 days prior to the claim.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, branding, documentation, and design elements provided by Shark Technologies are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products in accordance with their service agreement.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, resale, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
6. Regulatory Compliance Responsibility
Clients of Shark Technologies are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- Their use of our platform complies with all applicable laws and regulatory frameworks in their jurisdiction
- They obtain and maintain any necessary licenses or regulatory approvals to operate as a financial service provider
- They conduct KYC/AML checks on their own users, where legally required
Shark Technologies does not monitor or verify the regulatory status of its clients or their users.
